Refund and Return Policy
We want you to love your yarn, apparel, and handmade goods. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please review the following return, refund, and exchange policies before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:
- Yarn: Unused, not wound into balls/cakes, and in original packaging with bands or labels intact
- Apparel: Unworn, unwashed, in new condition with tags attached
- A valid proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Digital/downloadable products (e.g. patterns)
- Sale or clearance items marked “final sale”
- Opened tools or notions
- Items showing signs of wear, odors, or pet hair
How to Start a Return
Please email refundandreturns@wildpinesyarn.com with:
- Your name and order number
- Items you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Do not ship returns without approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered return packages.
Refunds
After inspecting your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for processing
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the case.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis, depending on product availability. The fastest way to exchange is to:
- Purchase the new item
- Request a return for the original
